At Hotel Cristina, the cuisine is authentic, where you simply eat well. It is a daily routine made up of passion, simplicity and quality ingredients. The cakes you find at breakfast are homemade, the vegetables are fresh, and the dishes are traditional Marche specialities. Each course arrives at the table with a smile and with a burst of flavour that will make you want to come back again and again.

Every morning, when you leave your room, we won't hide the fact that what really wakes you up may be the smell of cake or coffee coming from the corridor. And perhaps there is no better way to start the day. As soon as you enter the dining room, you will find the buffet you were dreaming of just a moment ago, still in bed.
Choose between sweet or savoury, and if you like, treat yourself to a slice of our homemade cakes. You can help yourself to coffee or cappuccino from the machine, or, if you prefer, we can prepare it for you at the bar for a small supplement. Come whenever you like, between 7:30 AM and 9:30 AM, and start your day on the right foot.

Some people walk into the dining room and head straight for the buffet of fresh vegetables and appetisers. Others wait for the fish main course, while some never pass up dessert. Whatever your style, at lunch and dinner you will find authentic dishes, cooked every day with passion and without complications. After the initial buffet, we serve you at your table: you can choose between meat or fish dishes, with mineral water always included. The menu changes every day, but remains faithful to the traditions of the Marche region, with fresh, seasonal ingredients.
And to finish? Fresh fruit or ice cream. Twice a week, we enrich the evening with a dessert buffet, to end on a high note. And if one day you need something different — a simpler dish, a variation, special attention for an intolerance — our kitchen is always available to listen to you.

Themed evenings

When evening comes and the air becomes lighter, something special happens at the hotel. Two nights a week, we change pace: we organise themed evenings, one dedicated to the flavours of the Marche region, the other is a Gala Evening with meat and fish served buffet style, just like in the old days. On Thursdays, we sing and dance to live music, and on Sundays, we toast together with aperitifs outdoors in the gazebo. These are our customs, but we know that many have grown very fond of them.
A little
extra attention
Some people ask for plain pasta, some have food intolerances, some just need a change, and some simply want something different. We understand this perfectly well, and we are happy to accommodate every request. We have dishes designed for children, customisable dishes, and our kitchen is always available for variations, additions, or alternatives. We like to listen and find the most suitable solution, with simplicity and attention. Come and feel good with us, even at the table.
